Moon Capture may request access to:
- Camera: used to capture moon and night sky photos inside the app
- Location: used to show moon position and related lunar information for your area
- Camera access is used only to provide the app's photography features.
- Location access is used only to improve local moon position, timing, and related informational features.
- Captured photos are stored in the app's internal gallery.
Photos taken with Moon Capture are stored inside the app. The app does not automatically save captures to the system Photos app.
Moon Capture does not sell your personal data.
Moon Capture does not use your photos or location data for advertising.
Moon Capture does not require a user account and does not collect account profile information.
Moon Capture is intended to operate locally on-device. If this changes in a future release, this policy will be updated.
- You can deny camera access, but photo capture features will not work.
- You can deny location access, and the core camera features will still work, but location-based moon information may be limited.
Moon Capture is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
