ClockBeats respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how that information is used, and what choices you have.

ClockBeats is a music clock and playback companion app. It can display the current time, show now-playing information, let you search Apple Music, control playback, and unlock premium visual themes through Apple in-app subscriptions.

Information We Access

Apple Music Access

If you grant permission, ClockBeats can access Apple Music features in order to:

- search the Apple Music catalog

- start and control music playback

- show now-playing metadata such as track title, artist, artwork, duration, and playback state

ClockBeats only accesses Apple Music features after you authorize access on your device.

Subscription and Purchase Status

ClockBeats checks your in-app purchase entitlement status through Apple's StoreKit framework in order to:

- determine whether premium themes are unlocked

- show your active premium plan in the app

- display subscription purchase and restore options

ClockBeats does not collect or process your payment card information. Purchases, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple.

App Preferences and Local State

ClockBeats stores limited local app state on your device, such as:

- your selected theme

- playback-related UI state

- app presentation preferences

This information is used only to operate the app and improve your experience on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

ClockBeats does not create user accounts and does not directly collect personal information such as:

Any Apple Music data, subscription records, or payment information associated with your Apple account is managed by Apple, not by ClockBeats.

ClockBeats is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Choices

- deny or revoke Apple Music access in your device settings

- manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings

- delete the app from your device at any time

If you revoke Apple Music access or do not maintain an Apple Music subscription, music playback features may be limited or unavailable.

If you do not maintain a ClockBeats premium subscription, premium themes may be locked.

Third-Party Services

ClockBeats relies on Apple-provided frameworks and services, including:

- StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases
