Monster Splat Policy

  Monster Splat respects your privacy. The game does not require an account

  and does not transmit your gameplay data to us.

  Information stored on your device

  Monster Splat saves information locally to remember your progress and

  preferences, including:

  - Current and completed levels.

  - Scores and best scores.

  - Slime coin balance and purchased upgrade tiers.

  - Sound, shooting and theme preferences.

  This information is used to provide gameplay, restore progress and apply

  your selected settings. We do not receive or access these saved game

  records.

  Advertising and tracking

  Monster Splat does not include advertising, third-party analytics or

  tracking technologies. We do not sell your personal information or use your

  gameplay information for advertising.

  Apple services

  Apple may process information relating to App Store downloads, device

  backups and diagnostics under its own privacy policy and your device

  settings. Device backups may include your saved game data.

  Support

  If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to

  provide, such as your email address and message. We use this information to

  respond to your enquiry and retain it only as long as needed to resolve the

  issue or meet legal obligations.

  Data retention and deletion

  Saved game information remains on your device until the app’s data is

  deleted. Deleting the app, rather than offloading it, removes its local

  saved data. Copies may remain in device backups managed through Apple or

  your computer and may be restored from those backups.

  Children’s privacy

  Monster Splat does not knowingly collect personal information from children

  through gameplay. It does not include accounts, chat or advertising.

  Changes to this policy

  We may update this policy if the app or its privacy practices change. The

  updated policy will show a revised effective date.
