Overview

JobFlow is designed to keep your business records under your control.

JobFlow stores the information you enter for running your business, including jobs, customer details, quotes, invoices, receipts, notes, reminders, and photos you choose to attach. This information is used only to provide the core features of the app, such as job tracking, document generation, receipt recording, reminder notifications, and tax summaries.

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple using StoreKit. JobFlow does not collect your payment card details.

If you allow notifications, JobFlow uses local notifications on your device for scheduled job reminders and invoice follow-up reminders.

JobFlow may access photos only when you choose to attach receipt images or job photos. These images are used only inside the app for the records you create.

JobFlow does not use third-party advertising, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not sell your data.

Important Caveat

If JobFlow only stores data locally on device and does not send it to your servers, Apple’s “data collected” answers can be narrower depending on how strictly you interpret “collected.” The safest practical App Store Connect position is usually:
